From household items to complex automotive parts, we can develop a solid 3D model, based on you 2D drawings, hand drawn sketches, or any other information you may have. We can help you make an informed material selection for this product and to choose the most economical manufacturing method.
First we will generate a preliminary concept, based on your initial requirements. This will be followed by a design meeting to get your final input and approval. On the next step we will produce the final tool layout, bill of materials and complete detailing.
To serve you better, we will keep at any time our files updated and we will promptly provide you with any additional copies you may need. We will perform any part or tool revisions you may ask, without charging you "an arm and a leg" for simple revisions, just because we created the original data (customary practice for some design offices). At any time, all the original data will be available for you, uncensored.
We are confident that this kind of service will be less necessary for our projects but, in any case, you can count on us to be next to you 24/7 for any problems that may appear.
Do you have old blueprints that you want to reuse or update? We can help converting them into an electronic format of your choice and, because we are engineers and not just drawing machines, we can also suggest improvements and correct errors on the existing designs. This is usually a low cost service, depending on the complexity and correctness of the blueprints.
Input and output data can be transferred thru various translators such as: iges, step, parasolid, dwg, dxf, stl. We will make sure that you get the correct data, with no corrupted files or missing information.
Thanks to today's new data transfer technologies, it is possible, easy and inexpensive transfer of large data, fast and reliable. So, this will not be a problem, even if you are located 1000's of miles away from us. We can use: CD's, ZIP diskettes, email, FTP, your choice.
